Vial B (Buffer solution): 3.75 mg disodium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate and 0.5 mg sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate solution.

Not directly administered to the patient. Administered as IV radiopharmaceutical (99mTc-ECD = 99mTc-Bisicate) obtained after labeling with (99mTc) Sodium Pertechnetate solution.
